Notice of Conversion
ZIV Automation India Limited is in the process of conversion from Public Limited Company to Private Limited Company.
The Notice (NCLT 3A) with relation to the said conversion has been advertised in the daily newspapers (Vijayavani – Local Newspaper and The Hindu – English National Newspaper) on 5th October, 2017 as directed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT-Court).
